Over 30 years ago, Helen Friedman started baking desserts for Louisville’s finest restaurants from a commercial kitchen in her home. Today, Desserts by Helen supplies commercial customers in Louisville and all over the country from our 10,000 sq. ft. central bakery. Our customers range from chain restaurants and food service accounts to white table cloth establishments and coffee shops.
