Our goal at Desserts by Helen is to make your wedding day as special as possible. We can do the cake of your dreams, and we pride ourselves on our attention to detail. • Chocolate Raspberry - A rich and moist chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache and raspberry preserves.
• Italian Cream - Moist Italian Cream cake studded with pecans and coconut, and filled with cream cheese icing.
• Yellow Cake - A good, old fashioned yellow cake filled with your choice of icing. Among the choices are cream cheese icing, lemon,. or orange buttercream. Other fillings available upon request.
• Carrot - A super moist carrot cake loaded with pecans and raisins, filled with luscious pineapple and cream cheese icing.

We can use fondant, cream cheese icing or any flavored buttercream to suit the design of your cake.
